LayZee fka. Mr. President

The band project originally comes from Bremen and stands for the style of “dance floor”

In the 90s, specifically from 1994, along with the first big chart success, the following people formed the band: Delroy Rennalls, Judith Hildebrandt, Lady Danii Behind the scenes, Jens Neumann and Kai Matthiesen were / are responsible for the productions of the project.

Mr. President successfully presented the following albums: We See the Same Sun, Space Gate, Up’n Away – The Album, Nightclub

COCO JAMBOO, UP ’N’ AWAY, I GIVE YOU MY HEART, TONIGHT, HAPPY PEOPLE, JOJO ACTION and many more

The group received several prestigious awards: These include the music award ECHO – national artist abroad as well as the ECHO for the national dance single of the year and VIVA Comet.

After a “creative break” in the years 2008 – 2011 Delroy Rennalls aka LayZee (his face forms the actual “brand” of the project) is back with a new female company. Since 2012 the artist, also known as LayZee, has been touring nationally and internationally with great success.

LayZee fka Mr. President can currently be seen on many stages throughout Germany and in our neighboring European countries. Highlights of the past 12 months:

The big ZDF New Year’s Show at the Brandenburg Gate. (600,000 viewers), Oberhausen OLÉ (33,000 viewers) Mega 90s shows in Finland (20,000 viewers), ZDF television garden, Mainz….

A new LayZee single project entitled COPACABANA was released in June 2017.

In 2018 the singer is now actively working on his new album. We can be very excited about a further musical direction.
